Problem:
Internet Explorer does not show the tour.  I can only see the text with no pictures.

Solutions:
Download JAVA runtime environment from Sun Microsystems.
http://java.sun.com
You should see an icon with the text 
"Get JAVA technology for your desktop, download now"
Click on this icon and follow the instructions activate JAVA.

Problem:
Internet Explorer does not show the tour.  I can only see the text with no pictures.

Solutions:
A) Update your Internet Explorer to version 4.0 or higher at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
B) If you run Internet Explorer 5.0 ensure the SP1 for IE5 is installed from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

Problem:
No tour is shown.  All I see is a red box saying not enough memory

Solutions:
We have seen this problem with AOL 4.0 either upgrade to AOL 6.0 or run Internet Explorer once connected to AOL.  You can find Internet Explorer by pressing "Start" under the list of programs.
